How can I hide my IP address to surf anonymously?

I would like to surf anonymously and anyone who can help me hide my IP address without purchasing anything will win the ten points.

5. I don't think you can ever be totally anonymous, but I recommend using "I2P." It's confusing to explain, but it uses serious encryption and sends data through other I2P users(like it's own private internet). You never directly connect to the address you want to access, and you don't know who you went through to get there. The downside is that you are doing the same thing for other people, so it creates xtra traffic on your connection. Do a google for "I2P" and somebody else can probably explain it better than me :)
6. no such thing, if you're hiding......... it's through extra servers, always someone gonna know who you are. and you're trusting someone else to hide you. don't bother..........just keep your tracks clean. always erase all your tracks. many free programs will do this. check out the download.com site.
7. Go to http://zonelabs.com , and download the free version of zonealarm, or you can get the full version of it called zonealarm pro. Then and go to your internet properties in the control panel, click on privacy tab, make sure you are at least at med-high level. Then you can go to http://www.pcflank.com and run their test to see if you are stealthed. Hope all of this helps. I will say this though, even though you are stealthed doesn't mean someone can't find you, it just makes it alot harder for them to. If they really want you bad enough, they will get you regardless. This will help make that possibility harder for them to make happen. After all, they are looking for the easy targets, not ones that are stealthed.
