free download for anonymous web surfing?

I am an American living in China temporarily. You may have heard of the great firewall of China. LOL. It makes it impossible to go to some websites, seemingly randomly. So I downloaded free Hotspot Shield. It works great, but I'm wondering if there are any other free downloads out there like it. I like the way it works, it assigns you a new ip address when you run it. I just want to see what else is out there that's free.
